Overview
The Reskilling and Upskilling Programme for Next Generation Vehicle (NxGV) – Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) is a specialized training initiative by MARii designed to meet the growing demands of the electric vehicle (EV) industry. The programme delivers comprehensive training across the full BEV lifecycle – from policies and market insights to manufacturing, aftersales, services, and end-of-life management.
It consists of three structured modules:
- Introduction (Business, Policies, Market)
- Manufacturing
- After Sales & Services + End-of-Life
This programme equips participants with critical skills and knowledge required to thrive in Malaysia’s fast-evolving automotive ecosystem.
