MARii e-Procurement System

Overview

The MARii e-Procurement System is a centralized digital procurement platform designed to streamline and enhance the sourcing, tendering, and vendor engagement process for the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii).

The platform serves as the official gateway for suppliers, consultants, contractors, and service providers to register as MARii vendors, access procurement opportunities, and submit tender or proposal documents securely online.

Through this system, MARii promotes a procurement ecosystem that is efficient, transparent, fair, and easily accessible, aligned with best governance practices and digital transformation initiatives. Vendors can conveniently manage their registration, receive procurement notifications, and participate in RFQ, RFP, and tender exercises through a single integrated platform.

Key Functions

The MARii e-Procurement System supports the following key functions:

Online Vendor Registration

  • New suppliers can register their company profile through the system with guided onboarding steps and account verification.

Vendor Profile Management

  • Registered vendors may update company information, business details, and supporting documents to ensure profile completeness.

Procurement Opportunity Access

Vendors can browse active procurement notices, including:

  1. Request for Quotation (RFQ)
  2. Request for Proposal (RFP)
  3. Open Tender
  4. Closed Tender (where applicable)

Digital Submission

  • All proposal, quotation, and tender documents can be submitted directly through the platform.

System Notifications & Announcements

  • Vendors receive updates on procurement invitations, deadlines, clarifications, and system announcements.

Project List Visibility

  • The system provides a live project list dashboard for vendors to monitor available opportunities and submission deadlines.
