Technician Accelerator Development Programme (TADP)
Overview
The Technician Accelerator Development Programme (TADP) is a capacity-building initiative by MARii designed to train graduates with STEM and TVET backgrounds to become competent technicians in the automotive and manufacturing industries. This programme focuses on in-demand technical areas and equips participants with the skills required to meet the evolving needs of the automotive sector, especially in aftersales and manufacturing roles.
By combining classroom training with industry-relevant modules, TADP accelerates the development of participants, preparing them to seamlessly integrate into the workforce and contribute to Malaysia’s industrial growth.
