Industry Led Professional Certificate Programme (IPC)
Overview
The Industry Led Professional Certification Programme (IPC) by MARii is a comprehensive initiative designed to integrate SPM school leavers and diploma holders into the semi-skilled and highly skilled workforce of the automotive industry. Since its inception in 2012, IPC has successfully produced a new generation of technicians, specialists, and operators who have elevated Malaysia’s automotive sector by reducing dependency on low-skilled foreign labor and strengthening local expertise in high-tech automotive processes.
The programme’s industry-driven approach ensures candidates receive hands-on training in critical areas, preparing them to meet the growing technological demands of vehicle and component manufacturing.
