Overview

The National Emission Test Centre (NETC), Malaysia’s first comprehensive facility, specializes in testing both vehicle emissions and fuel consumption, as well as electric vehicle range and energy consumption.

As a premier emission testing facility in the ASEAN region, NETC is equipped to meet the demanding requirements of the Euro 6d Emission Standard and the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP). Situated in Sg Choh, Rawang, NETC operates as an independent national laboratory, recognized as an E52 Technical Service. It is accessible to a wide range of stakeholders, including government agencies, car manufacturers, academia, and private companies.
